Boots Sauchiehall Street is a good branch. However, they don't have everything, you may need to go to a bigger branch like boots in the buchanan gallery. In general, the staff in this branch are very friendly and kind.

Absolutely rubbish, hardly any staff in boots in sauchiehall st, asked if anyone can help me at the photo section, no-one knew how to work it, very disappointed, seemingly changed the system, said I would be better going to Jessops

Useful store for picking up bits but the pharmacy is useless. Have messed up my order so many times and they seem to be clueless. Very rude lady pharmacist even accused me of lying saying I had picked up my prescription a few days before when I knew I hadn’t and wouldn’t believe me - she finally realised she was reading a previous prescription from the year before, but still no apology. Very bad attitude. Won’t be using this pharmacy again - awful. Avoid!

Booked in for an eye appointment. Very thorough, but since they inserted the drops to dilate my pupils... Wow!! Triiiipppppppy!! Lol

Amazing to see all the beauty counters full again! Has been so long. Managed to get some much needed bits from Estée Lauder, Clarins and Clinique. I find that they counters stock a lot more than the other stores ie Buchanan galleries and St Enochs. All the women on the counters were such great help. Really hope it’ll start getting busy again soon!

Worst pharmacy I’ve been in! Was given a prescription from my optometrist for antibiotic eye drops, was told by the pharmacist that she didn’t think it was needed and therefore refused to give me them. Seems they’re in desperate need of some training and should act they’re wage.
